We for you

Our history starts in 1967 when our parents, Bruno and Nerina, opened the trattoria. The curiosity and the enthusiasm of their children, Amalia and Giorgio, made the restaurant the reference point in the city of Trieste. Gourmets, coming from all over the world, are our usual guests and they appreciate the freshness of the ingredients and our selected menu. Ami Scabar – associated of the international Association “Wine Women” since 1998 – signs the menu. Ami has a long career as a gourmet chef and she is a protagonist in the food and wine scene. After years of commitment, she still continues to communicate her love for the territory and his philosophy of cooking.
Giorgio Scabar, sommelier, takes care of the wonderful cellar with his expertise. The served bottles always consider the latest trends in local and international products, with particular attention to quality and price. Giorgio also sells directly to the guest in order to fill your cellar at home or for your yacht. The same care is provided to the olive oil.
The restaurant is completely in the green and, fully renewed, has two halls, one of them with a cheerful fireplace and a large panoramic terrace with view on the Val Rosandra, Socerb’s Castle and the hill of Montedoro.
We can also provide you maximum privacy with an exclusive hall for your meeting and business meals.
Banquet till 80 guests, party, anniversary, weeding, graduation party, business lunch and dinner (with 7 courses), buffet and tasting menu – do not hesitate to ask us directly. We can offer our best solution planned for you.
